Rental Program – Summary of Rates and Policies Resort Guest Fee All rental guests are subject to a daily resort fee* of $45 per person per day which provides the following privileges: • Complimentary access to the Hualalai Sports Club and Spa • Resort-wide charging account • Use of the Hualalai Club Concierge • Use of the Four Seasons beach and pool services • Hualalai Residential Concierge Service • Access to the Hualalai Club course (Jack Nicklaus Signature Course) at preferred rates * Resort Guest Fees do not apply to children under 14 Please note: the Canoe Club and Ke'olu Golf course & Clubhouse (Weiskopf Course) are member-only facilities. Optional Services • Daily housekeeping. • Daily floral arrangements. • Pre-Arrival grocery shopping. Deposit | Cancellation Policy • To hold a reservation, a two-night deposit is required. • Remaining balance of stay is due seven (7) days prior to arrival. • Cancellations within sixty (60) days of arrival will result in two-night deposit being forfeited. • Cancellations within seven (7) days of arrival will result in fifty (50)% of all deposits being forfeited. • A no-show will result in complete forfeiture of total payments. Minimum Stay | Maximum Guest Requirements • Five-night minimum stay. • Maximum of six guests in a Three-Bedroom Villa/Home. Festive Season Policies (December 19 – January 5) • Eight-night minimum stay. • Seasonal Supplement of $500.00 per night. • To hold a reservation, a two-night deposit is required. • Full pre-payment is due by September 1st. • Cancellations after September 1st will result in a complete forfeiture of total payments. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. All rates are subject to change without notice. Leilanivilla is a non-smoking environment. |
